Alpha Twins And Their Hybrid Mate

The twins stayed by my side and Sara was by our side as well. She couldn't hear what we were saying to each other because she wasn't in the same pack as us. But she was just standing there watching us.

"I can't believe how strong you were the second you shifted." Nathan said.

"Isn't that normal?" I asked.

"No. That's definitely not normal. You can't usually kill someone the second you shift." Tristan said.

I guess there was more to being a white wolf than I thought. I was obviously stronger than I was meant to be.

I stepped back from the water and I started looking around everywhere. It was like

I could hear a lot of voices coming from everywhere. I was looking around like crazy, trying to see if there was anything else near us.

"What's wrong?" Tristan asked.

"Something's not right." I said.

"It's just because it's your first shift." Nathan said, trying to calm me down.

But suddenly I started to lose control. I didn't know what was going on with me. I was turning around trying to see what I was hearing, but there was nothing there.

"Ella. You need to calm down." Tristan said.

"I can't. There's something out here. I can hear them. They're saying my name. Everywhere." I said, turning around frantically.

"She's losing control." Nathan said.

"What's happening?" Sara asked. But none of us could answer her.

"Ava." I said, but she didn't answer me. "Ava. What are you doing?" I asked inside my head, trying to get her to calm down. I didn't understand what was going on.

I turned to see the twins shift back and they were slowly approaching me but I forced Ava to back away from them. She saw them coming towards her and she started growling at them.

"What the hell are you doing? It's Nathan and Tristan. Why are you growling at them?" I asked, but still, there was no answer. I tried to get through to her subconscious, but it wasn't working. It's like there was nothing there. Only an animal. I couldn't talk to her at all.

The twins started approaching me and Ava wasn't responding to anyone or anything.

They ended up getting too close and Ava lunged at them, hurting them both. "Ava." I yelled. But she still didn't respond.

Ava was trying to find a way out of this area of the forest but the twins could see what she was doing.

"We can't let her leave." Tristan said. So Nathan ran around behind me, holding his bleeding arm and trying to keep me contained in that little area.

"Ella. If you're in there. If you can hear me, please get Ava to calm down." Tristan said, trying to get closer to me without getting hurt.

"I can't." I mind linked him.

"What's going on?" Sara asked.

"Ava's losing control. Ella can't get control of her." Tristan said.

"Oh my god. This isn't good." Sara said.

"You know what we have to do." Nathan said. And Tristan nodded his head.

Sara looked at them confused but she didn't say anything. She knew that they knew what they were doing so she was just going to let them get on with it.

They both closed their eyes and they tried to connect with Ava through the mate bond.

It caused the twins to go unconscious and fall to the ground. Sara let out a scream and she ran to Tristan to make sure that he was alive and then to Nathan. She looked back at me and Ava was still circling before she saw the twins on the ground.

She suddenly felt a wave of calm wash over her and she stopped moving. She stood still, in the middle of the forest, and looked at the twins with a cocked head like she was trying to understand what was going on.

When Ava finally calmed down enough and I could regain control, I started to concentrate on what I was like as a human. I imagined my feet and then my legs and my body.

I felt my bones starting to break and rearrange and before I knew it, I was crouched on the ground in my human self again.

"Ella. Oh my goddess. Are you alright?” Sara asked, running over to me and hugging me.

I looked around and I saw the twins on the ground and I ran to them.

"We have to get them out of here." I said. And Sara nodded.

Somehow we managed to find the strength to get them back to the clearing where we had been camping and I grabbed some spare clothes out of my bag and slipped them on and I grabbed my phone.

I called Wendy and I only told her a little of what happened, but I told her that the twins needed help. So she said that she was on her way.

Sara was practically carrying Nathan while I was struggling with Tristan, trying to get them out of the forest.

It took a lot longer than I thought it would take and I was getting more and more anxious as the minutes ticked by.

It was hard trying to keep a hold of Tristan. He was unconscious and really heavy.

I knew that I had this new found strength but it was only my first day. I was still getting used to it and I still needed to build on it.noveldrama

When we finally got to the edge of the forest, Wendy was waiting for us with a car and we got the guys in the car and Sara got in the passenger seat while I was in the back.

When we got to Wendy's father's clinic we got the guys out of the car and inside the clinic where her father was waiting.

"What happened?" David asked.

"I don't know. I really don't know what they did." I said.

"Ella shifted. But her wolf started to lose control for some reason. The guys said that they knew what they had to do to get her under control. But I don't know what. They just lost consciousness." Sara explained.

"They utilized the power of the mate bond to calm down your wolf. That's why they fell unconscious." David said.

"Are they going to be alright?" I asked, panicking still.

"I think so. Just let me work." David said. So Wendy had to practically pull me out

of the room while David got to work on helping the twins.
