Seeing that Frank was a man of his word, Will nodded in trust and sent for Hadron.

As soon as Hadron entered, his eyes were immediately drawn to Jada and Moxxi's beauty, and he kept ogling at them.

While Jada was one who did not fuss over the little details, Moxxi was different, and she could not stand Hadron's lustful stare. "What, haven't you seen a beautiful woman before?"

Frank had already put Hadron in his place earlier, and he had no place to vent since his wife never came home.

As such Moxxi diss left him fuming and snapping, "So what if I'm looking?! It's no skin off your back!"

Moxxi was not about to tolerate that and kicked him out of the building.

Will was left smiled in wry amusement.

It was true what they said about birds of a feather flocking together-none of Frank's friends were the type to hold back!

And knowing that Moxxi was not to be trifled with and concerned that was not enough for her, Will reasoned, "Calm down, ma'am. That's just who he is-don't stoop to his level now!"

Moxxi snorted grumpily. "Don't worry, I'm not going to kill him. But just so that no one misunderstands, I must make it very clear that I'm not holding back because of you. You'd be giving yourself too much credit."

Will quickly nodded. "Yes, yes, of course!"

Frank then beckoned for Hadron, who was still wondering what had just happened, to be brought back.

"Don't be surprised just yet." He chuckled at Hadron. "The best is yet to come. Jada!"

Jada nodded and left for a moment before returning with a gunny sack.

She opened it, revealing Elizabeth's corpse.

Both Hadron and Will were shocked.

He had seen corpses back in the day, but not one in Elizabeht's horrible state.

Will could not help reevaluating his opinion of Frank just then. Even if he was kind and polite, his ruthlessness certainly put him in a morally gray area, setting him apart from the rest!

"W-What do you want?!" Hadron exclaimed, finally terrified.

"Don't worry." Frank shrugged. "We're not doing anything to you yet-we just wanted to inform you that she was your wife! Or to be precise, she killed your wife and was impersonating her."

"What?!" Hadron was shocked, but as he took a closer look at the body had to agree with Frank.

Hadron finally believed that the corpse had impersonated his wife for a while, while Will quickly asked Frank, "What's going on here, kid?"

"You'd have to ask him!" Frank chuckled, pointing at Hadron. "They've been married and lived together for so long, but he never noticed the switch. What is he even thinking?"

Hadron pursed his lips in exasperation, afraid to answer Frank.

It was sheer coincidence that he never noticed-if anything, anyone else would have.
