The Almighty Dominance

Chapter 324

Jasmine stared in disbelief, eyes wide with shock.

"Did he seriously just run away?"

Without hesitation, Alex gripped the axe tightly and swung it fiercely.

The blade spun through the air, slicing toward Hugh. But Hugh, as if sensing danger behind him, dodged swiftly to one side, narrowly escaping.

Heart pounding in desperation, Hugh sprinted toward the cover of the jungle, convinced he had cheated death.

Just steps away from safety, his body lurched violently forward, and he crashed face-first onto the dusty earth.

Pain exploded in his leg.

Glancing back, Hugh's heart sank as he saw another axe embedded in the ground behind him and his severed ankle lying nearby, blood soaking into the dirt.

Frantic, Hugh summoned all his remaining strength, channeling his inner energy to stem the bleeding.

If he could hold out, the doctor might still salvage his limb.

"Please, please! Spare me!" Hugh wailed, his voice trembling, the bravado gone from his desperate eyes.

Alex approached slowly, his face unreadable, studying the pathetic figure on the ground.

This man—once arrogant and fierce—had folded like paper when truly tested. "Jasmine," Alex sighed deeply, turning his gaze toward her, "It's your choice. He kidnapped you, hurt you. What happens next is up to you."

Jasmine stepped forward confidently, her smile cold and unforgiving.

"Wh-what will you do to me?" Hugh stammered, terror gripping him.

His mind raced. How had he fallen so far? He was a level-50 powerhouse, unstoppable in every battle he'd fought.

Yet here he was, helpless before some nobody kid.

Who was this guy?

"You know, Hugh," Jasmine said calmly, leaning over him slightly, "I warned you about Alex. I told you exactly how dangerous he was, but you didn't believe me."

She flashed a chilling smile. "Alex, would you mind making sure he'll never forget today? Shatter his knee."

"With pleasure," Alex replied coolly, stepping next to Hugh and delivering a casual but brutally powerful kick.

Hugh screamed, agony tearing through him as the bone in his knee shattered.

"I was wrong!" Hugh gasped desperately, tears streaming down his face. "Jasmine, I believe you now! Your man is powerful-he's unbeatable! Please forgive me!"

Jasmine crouched, looking directly into Hugh's desperate eyes.

"If you truly want forgiveness, Hugh, prove it. How much is your miserable life worth to you?"

"Wh-what?" Hugh stammered, his mind racing.

"You heard me. Put a price tag on your life," Jasmine said sharply.

"A million dollars?" Hugh offered weakly, desperation clear in his shaky voice.noveldrama

"A million dollars?" Jasmine scoffed dismissively. "If that's all you're worth, then I'll gladly send the money to your father—and end your life here. Cheap revenge." "Ten million?" Hugh quickly corrected, panic rising.

Jasmine shook her head slowly, unimpressed. "My revenge is worth far more."

"A hundred million?" Hugh's voice cracked, his fear evident.

"For bashing my head, causing me all this pain? I'd rather watch you die," Jasmine whispered icily.

"A billion dollars!" Hugh shouted desperately, face pale and soaked with sweat.

"Interesting, but you can do better," Jasmine teased cruelly.

"Seven billion," Hugh pleaded desperately, his voice barely audible now.

Jasmine bit her lower lip thoughtfully, then gave a cunning smile. "So close, Hugh. How about we make it a round ten billion? I'll let you walk-or rather, crawl- away."

"I-I only have seven billion," Hugh whimpered.

"Done," Jasmine declared coldly.

"Alex, take his other leg. Seven billion dollars is perfect since he won't need legs where he's going."

Alex raised the axe once more, its blade gleaming ominously, as Hugh's screams filled the air.

"Hold on-wait! I'll pay the ten billion! I'll transfer some stocks right now," Hugh stammered desperately, fear trembling in every syllable.

"Good," Jasmine growled coldly.

"Do it

let you call an ambulance. Who knows,

you're lucky-it was a cleamol

maybe they'll save that leg if

all."

Moments later, Alex and Jasmine emerged from Jones Villa.

Jasmine, who had remained strong and composed during the ordeal, suddenly felt her strength evaporate.

Her legs gave way beneath her, and she nearly collapsed face-first. Alex caught her swiftly, concern flooding his eyes.

"Are you alright? Do you feel ill?" he asked gently.

"No, I... I'm just exhausted. My legs feel like noodles." Jasmine shook her head slowly. The tension from earlier had drained away, leaving her completely spent. fo

"I'll carry you, Ms. Kingston!" Four stepped forward, eager to help despite her wounds.

"No, you're injured. I can't burden you like this," Jasmine protested weakly.

"It's nothing, trust me." Four slapped her chest defiantly, pretending not to feel

pain.

"It's serious because I say so!" Jasmine snapped, suddenly fierce. Her eyes narrowed sharply.

"I'm fine!" Four shot back, her tone flaring with wounded pride.

"Of course you're badly hurt-you're so totally, absolutely, pathetically weak!" Yasmine spat, her voice

dripping with bitterness. Inside, she

seethed with resentment:

I wanted Alex to carry me! Why did you have to ruin it with your unwanted

kindness? Can't you read the mood?

"Fine, suit yourself! I was just trying to help. Ungrateful brat!" Four snapped, turning abruptly and stalking off angrily.

Suddenly overwhelmed again, Jasmine leaned into Alex, clutching at his arm. "Alex, I really can't stand anymore. Please," she murmured weakly. "Alright," Alex sighed with gentle resignation, scooping her effortlessly into his strong arms.

He could feel the trembling vulnerability beneath her fierce exterior. Her fingers quickly found their way around his neck.

"Could you carry me like a princess? My legs feel completely useless," Jasmine whispered shyly, her cheeks slightly flushed.

"Of course," Alex replied warmly, adjusting her gently. Jasmine nestled comfortably against his chest, breathing in his reassuring warmth.

"Thank you... for tonight," she whispered softly, a tender smile on her lips.

The scent of him was intoxicating, his steady heartbeat comforting and alluring. Was this what safety truly felt like?

"No need for thanks. I'd never abandon a friend in trouble," Alex smiled

reassuringly.

Jasmine's eyes flashed with mock hurt. "Just a friend? That really stings, Alex."

"Fine, a best friend," he chuckled lightly.

"No," Jasmine protested, her eyes wide and challenging.

"Okay, the very best friend?" Alex teased gently.

"You're hopeless!" Jasmine snapped playfully, biting him softly on the neck.

Alex flinched slightly but couldn't hide his amused smile. "Ouch, careful!"

"This bite marks you as mine," she declared fiercely, eyes gleaming possessively.

"If you ever dare say otherwise, I'll bite even harder!"

Alex shook his head ruefully, silently savoring her softness against him, her fragrance stirring an intense longing within.

It ignited a desire and heat in him. Jasmine was incredibly beautiful, her

pheromones mixing with the feeling of their skin touching each other.

"Alex," Jasmine murmured quietly.

"Yes?"

"Could you take me to the nearest hotel?" she asked shyly, eyes downcast,

cheeks crimson.

"Why a hotel?" Alex confused.

"I felt something below... pressing against me. It's kind of getting bigger," Jasmine

bit her lip gently, looking up at him seductively.

"Seems like your body is far more honest than you are."

Alex swallowed hard, heat rising to his cheeks. "You mean...?"

"Yes," Jasmine whispered boldly. "I do."
