Sweet Mischief’s Rollercoaster Romance

Chapter 1446

"I get what you mean. I'll head up first, okay?"

Mia grabbed the railing, planted her foot, and hoisted herself onto the stage in one smooth move.

Instantly, the room exploded with cheers and wild applause. Everyone was

buzzing with excitement-this was the moment they'd all been waiting for: 'Auntie' was about to show her stuff.

Upstairs, a handful of people leaned over the balcony, craning their necks for a better view. Someone whispered, "Did she really get married and have a kid?"

"Pretty sure she did," another replied. "Noah's always with the boss, and he's not the type to make things up. If he says it, it's probably true."

Someone else watched Mia's silhouette in the ring and sighed. "Well, there goes my hope of meeting someone at The Silent Ring who actually gets me. Guess I'll stay single a bit longer."

“Tell me about it. I was totally smitten with 'Auntie' the first time I met her."

Just then, another person joined in, "Hey, you think that woman who's always with 'Auntie' is a big deal too?"

"Her? Isn't she the one who faced off against Tony Scissors on stage a few years ago?"

Everyone paused, then: "...Oh yeah, now I remember. That was her. She didn't stand a chance."

The security team, who were supposed to be working, had crowded around the balcony, all eyes glued to the ring, waiting for the fight to start.

Meanwhile, Molly-who'd been the topic of gossip herself-sat quietly in the corner, keeping some distance from Mia so she wouldn't break her focus.

Just then, the heavyweight-everyone called him 'The Rhino'-was catching his breath nearby after his match.

He caught Molly looking his way and asked, "So, what's your deal with 'Auntie'?"

"Like top teeth and bottom teeth-close, but never bite," Molly replied with a smirk.

The Rhino just blinked, completely lost.

Molly turned her attention back to the ring. Up close, she could tell-this guy's muscles were

nothing compared to her Chad's net

Chad never even broke a sweat, this guy was practically dripping and reeked of it.

The referee's whistle pierced the air-the fight was about to begin.

Mia took a deep breath, eyes locked on her opponent.

On the floor below, Andre was so tense he almost forgot to breathe. Noah could

feel the anxiety radiating off his boss and got even more nervous. "Uh, boss, maybe I should just wait for you outside?"

Andre's breaths were heavy. He stood up, grabbed the mask off the table, slipped

it on, and headed for the elevator.

Noah followed, pulling on his own

mask. Most people down here

disguised themselves with

makeup masks had started to draw too much attention at these

underground matches-so now only

a few still wore them.

As Andre stepped out, the staff upstairs spotted him right away. Someone nudged

their neighbor, whispering, "Heads up, the boss is here!"

It was like being back in school-everyone trying to look busy because the

teacher had just walked in.

In a heartbeat, everyone straightened up.

Andre reached the balcony and took his usual spot, looking down at the center of

the ring.

The whistle had already blown.

Mia's opponent lunged first, but she

was ready dodging, blocking,

circling, always keeping her

distance. She moved with the grace of a dancer, light on her feet and

never losing her cool. If she got too close to the edge, she'd spring onto the ropes, spin, and swing herself right back to the platform in one fluid motion. noveldrama

Her swift, precise moves brought another round of applause from the crowd.

"Classic 'Auntie'—she always hangs back, studies her opponent, figures out their strengths, and only makes her move when the time is right."

The crowd murmured in agreement as the commentator echoed their thoughts.
