Pampered Wedding Marry Me, Mr. Langford

Chapter 804

Chapter 804

The invitation was exquisite, with golden lettering on it. Inside, it was written in both English and French.

Tina did not read it carefully. She felt strange.

'Who would send me an invitation? Content is property of NôvelDrama.Org.

The maid laughed contemptuously, "I forgot it. Miss Lynd, you probably don’t understand what’s on the invitation,

do you?

"It’s an invitation to an afternoon tea party for ladies!"

"An afternoon tea party for ladies?" Tina was confused.

"What does that have to do with me?"

The maid choked.

'This woman seemed to know her place!

'But why is she pretending she doesn't care about it?

'She must be faking it!

'If she didn't play any tricks, how could she have hooked up with Mr.

Langford and gotten pregnant with his baby and moved into the Langford house?'

Thinking about this, the maid got impatient. "Madam Langford asked me to send the invitation to you. Miss Lynd, if you have any questions, please ask Madam Langford!"

After that, the maid turned around and left. She didn't want to spend any more time there.

Tina then understood.

Madam Langford had asked the maid to send her the invitation.

Madam Langford used to be particularly fond of Cindy, therefore she hated Tina very much.

Now, knowing that Tina was back in Freesia and staying with Samuel, the old lady must have thought that Tina was up to something, so she wanted to warn Tina.

'This is not a party.'

With that in mind, Tina tossed the invitation aside. Soon, she forgot about it.

She went back to her room. After a while, her phone suddenly rang.

Tina glanced at her phone. It was an unfamiliar number.

Tina didn't think much of it and picked it up. An old woman's voice rang out, "Did you get the invitation?"

Tina was dumbfounded. Then she recognized the woman's voice and answered.

"Madam Langford?"

"Yes, it's me." Madam Langford reminded Tina, "Put on some make-up and get dressed up. Don't disgrace our family!"

'What does she mean by disgracing the Langford family?'

Tina didn't care about the party. She replied tersely, "Madam Langford, don't worry, I'm not going to that party."

Madam Langford was surprised.

"What do you mean?"

"I said I'm not going to that party." Tina repeated it.

"Why?" Immediately, Madam Langford asked angrily.

"What do you mean? Isn't that what you approached Samuel for? You have made so much effort. Now I've given

you the opportunity. Why don't you come?"

Madam Langford sounded as arrogant as ever!

Tina let out a cold snort. As Madam Langford went straightforward, Tina asked rhetorically, "Yes. I had made a lot

of effort to get close to Samuel. But what does it have to do with you?"

Then Tina hung up the phone.

On the other end of the line, Madam Langford was furious. 'How can that woman talk to me like that?'
