Chapter 2810
"The end? No! Things are just getting started!" Dusvad jumped out of his throne and rushed toward Peter.
Nash and the rest rushed to his aid when Power also reached the palace at this moment.
Nash immediately recognized him. "Everyone, be careful! This guy is a tough one!"
Power looked over at Nash and the group. "This is a beautiful reunion between father and son. The rest of you should stay out of it," he said mockingly.
With a wave of his hand, a dark force enveloped them. Nash, Clint, and the rest suddenly found themselves outside the palace. The people gathered outside quickly backed away when they sensed the intense aura and looming danger.
Power then turned his gaze back to Nash, appraising him. "Nash, not bad. It seems you've grown quite a bit stronger." Then, his eyes shifted to Clint and the others. "Excellent! Yes, this is the kind of battle I've been longing for. Come on! Fight me!"
Nash looked around and noticed that Clint, Sven, and Thresmund had all been brought outside. Only Dusky was left inside.
'Why isn't he out? Could this have been planned from the beginning?' The thought flashed through Nash's mind. If that were true, then Kaden and Elias might already be in danger, and he had to act...noveldrama
Just then, Thresmund and Sven stopped him. Sven said, "Mr. Calcraft, I understand what you're thinking. But trust my intuition for now-Mr. Dusky is, at the very least, on our side."
Thresmund added, "Yes, I've met Dusky. He may not be the best, but he definitely knows what's important right now. Elias and Kaden can't die, and Dusky is well aware of that too."
Hearing this, Nash's worries eased a bit, and he turned his attention to the powerful opponent before him. Power had grown even stronger, with his recent battle with Banjo unlocking even more of his latent abilities. It had pushed him another step closer to his ultimate strength.
Sensing Power's intense aura, he could feel that he had indeed reached a god- like level. His strength was now truly unfathomable yet not to the point of despair.
Nash, Sven, and Clint were all beings with powers comparable to regular gods. Because of this, Nash was confident that they could defeat Power as a group of four.
However, something unexpected happened. A barrier suddenly opened beneath Power's feet. Before anyone could react, Sven was pulled into the barrier.
"Damn!" Clint and Nash quickly created a barrier of their own to try to counter Power's barrier. However, since Power's barrier was already almost fully established, Nash and Clint had difficulty interfering with it with their own barriers.
At the same time, the two realized something important. Power did not seem like someone who could open a barrier like that, so there was only one possible explanation.
It was the divine power within Power, War's power. Using this godly power, Power had created a barrier that allowed only one-on-one battles.
Sven quickly realized this and said, "If that's the case, then let me take you on!" With that, he summoned the Shura Divine Staff.
"Otherworldly Fire!" he called out, hoping to break the barrier using the flames. However, the barrier was not as simple as it appeared. The barrier seemed to forbid the use of any external artifacts apart from Power's true energy.
