Flora’s Guide to a Second Chance at Love and Life

Chapter 1535

Patricia lay on the floor, trembling with anger as she glared at Fiona. Of course, she knew everything! That conniving witch!

Once Fiona was satisfied, she grabbed Patricia like a ragdoll and tossed her back into the dorm room. Then, she turned the hose on the other girls' beds. If they wanted to play games, she was going to make sure it was a big one. Everyone's navigating life for the first time, so why should she put up with their nonsense?

In no time, the entire dorm was drenched, not a dry spot to be found. Fiona glanced at her watch; she had ten minutes before the dorm supervisor locked the doors. Quickly grabbing a few essentials, she slipped out before anyone could catch her.

Inside the dorm, Patricia and another girl were on the verge of a meltdown. Patricia had already lost a valuable camera, and now she was soaked from head to toe, thanks to Fiona's antics. She was fuming.

"Fiona, I swear I'll never forgive you!"

"First, change into something dry. The dorm supervisor will be here soon; we can sort this out after."

Patricia shot her a resentful look. When Fiona locked her in the bathroom and drenched her, where was this girl to help her out? If they had teamed up, they might have handled Fiona together. Did she really have to end up so humiliated?

"Were you using me as a stepping stone?" Patricia asked suspiciously.

"Wh... why would I?" The girl stammered, quickly forcing a smile. "You're overthinking it. We're in this together, remember? We can still get the dorm supervisor on our side. She hates when girls stay out overnight."

Patricia's expression softened a bit. "Hmph, you better not be lying to me, or I swear I'll make you pay! Now help me up!” Patricia snapped.

Shivering from the cold, she finally changed into dry clothes, only to find the other girl giggling at her phone. "What are you laughing at? Didn't you hear the dorm supervisor knocking? Go open the door."

When they opened the door, they put on their best sob story for the dorm supervisor, crying like they'd lost everything.

"You say Fiona did this, but where's

your proof?" The dorm supervisor's face darkened as she listened to their stammering, unable to offer a coherent explanation. With a

dismissive snort, she said, "Without evidence, Fiona has already told me her side. She claims you bullied her and are now trying to frame her. Each of you will write a thousand-word apology to Mr. Trevor by tomorrow. Bad grades are

one thing, but poor character is

another!"

Neither of them expected Fiona to have already spoken to the dorm supervisor

and gotten permission to stay out.

What a cunning witch!

...

Fiona strolled out of the dorm, treating herself to some tasty street food. Her phone buzzed.

Jackson: Where are you?

Fiona sent her location without

hesitation. This street food was surprisingly good! She finished off a can of soda just as Jackson's car pulled up nearby. noveldrama

Jackson got out and walked over, his concern evident. "Let me handle them, okay? I'll take care of it for you."
