A Flash Marriage Can Be A Treasure

Chapter 591 I Wish You A Long Life

Chapter 591 I Wish You A Long Life

The pilot didn't suspect Lily’s motives and quickly jumped out of the helicopter.

Lily watched the driver head for the house, got up quickly and struggled to tilt her body toward the

passenger side.

After touching the phone she quickly clutched it in her hand and operated it behind her back.

The pilot's phone was probably used for calling only, so it didn’t have a password.

Lily desperately tried to remember the number, and finally pressed out Louis’s cell phone number and

dialed it with her shaking hand.

Before she had time to answer the phone, she saw John and the pilot coming out of the house with a

few bags of stuff. Her heart almost jumped up to her throat as she scrambled to disconnect the call and

delete the record.

Lily then threw the phone to the passenger side and was relieved to see that it didn't fall under the seat

after bouncing twice.

As she was just sitting down, John approached.

“Lily, what’s wrong?” When John saw sweat coming out of Lily's forehead, he immediately asked her

worriedly, “Are you not feeling well?”

Lily shook her head, “I’m fine, just a little hot.”

It’s cool at night, definitely not hot. But Lily was pregnant and had gained a lot of weight, so it was

normal to feel hot occasionally. John didn't say anything but put his things away and got on the

helicopter.

John fastened the seat belt for Lily and gestured to the pilot after making sure it was secure.

“Take a nap.” John put a thin blanket over Lily and took her shoulders to let her lean on him, “It’s gonna

take a few hours to get to our new home, I'll tell you then.”

A few hours? Where would that be?

Lily wondered, leaning into the man's arms and giving a low muffled sound.

She was really sleepy and fell asleep a while later.

When she woke up, she had no idea what time it was. She squinted out through the window and found

rows of dense black spots beneath. It was a downtown area.

The helicopter gradually lowered its altitude. As it crossed the city, Lily saw a flag planted in front of a

hotel and also saw some iconic buildings. After a quick search of her mind, she realized that she was in

Paris.

The helicopter was flying to the suburbs. After arriving at a villa that was halfway up a hill, it slowly

parked on the tarmac.

After the helicopter stopped steadily, John patted Lily.

“Lily, we’re here.”

Lily pretended to have just woken up from a nap and yawned, and then she was carried down by John.

A butler and many maids were waiting outside. It was cold outside, so when Lily came down, the butler

immediately handed over a warm coat.

John took the coat and helped Lily put it on.

“This villa is not large, but it has everything we need and the view is nice.” John helped Lily to walk

towards the villa and asked her in a warm voice, “Lily, do you like it?”

Lily nodded, “Yes, but it may not be convenient to get the doctor.”

“I hired a medical team for you,” He smiled, “They will take care of you until the birth.”

Hearing him say that, Lily could guess that it should be that their previous place on the island was

found by Louis.

And John got the news in advance, that's why he took her here in the middle of the night.

She couldn't help but glance back at the pilot and see him being ready to fly the helicopter away. She

prayed that Louis would notice the call she made earlier and track the phone coordinates to her.

When John saw her looking back, he asked, “Something’s wrong?”

“Oh, nothing,” Lily withdrew her eyes and put on a reluctant smile, “I wondered if he has some

emergency to deal with, cause he left as soon as he dropped us.”

John replied, “Yes, but not so rush. He just needs to go now. Let’s go inside.”

“Okay.”

The whole villa, including the interior decoration, was in Gothic style and looked gorgeous.

After entering the house, John took Lily upstairs.

The bedroom John had prepared for her was huge, nearly a hundred square meters, and next door

was the delivery room. The doctor he hired has brought all the relevant medical equipment to ensure

that when the time came, it would be safe to deliver Lily's baby.

The medical team and the butler all lived downstairs, and only Lily and John lived on the second floor.

And those doctors can only go upstairs when Lily needed a maternity checkup.

Lily felt nothing wrong when she stayed with John on that island, but after moving to this place, with

almost ten maids around her every day, she felt like being in a royal palace, and it was very

uncomfortable.

After moving to this place, John stopped interfering with Lily's diet and left it all to the medical team. But

he was still vigilant in terms of ingredients, even the fruit. The fruit had to be freshly picked from the

orchard.

After she knew about this, she was surprised and didn't know what to say, and she was even a bit

reluctant to eat the fruit.

“You don't have to be so meticulous as to return the fruit if it's delivered two hours late,” Lily was sort of

speechless, “What if the truck breaks down on the road? The fruit is still delicious and I’m not that

pampered.”

“Some fruits taste not that good after a certain period of time picked from the tree.” John was

scrupulous and must remove the tendons on the orange petals cleanly before giving them to Lily.

He still insisted, “Although I returned the fruit, the money was paid as usual.”

Lily, “…”

As time passed and the seasons changed, it was getting colder in Paris as it moved into winter.

Under the care of John and a group of people, Lily's cheeks were rosy and her body was healthy.

She didn't gain much weight, but her stomach got heavier and heavier, and she needed more support

than before.

Lily had been waiting, but Louis never showed up.

Perhaps John was alert enough and said something to the pilot, so the pilot went back and changed

the phone. After all, a contact tool was not worth much money. From NôvelDrama.Org.

The last time the doctor examined Lily, he said that she was going to give birth in just a few days, and

because the fetus was well-nourished, large, and triplets, so it was unlikely for Lily to give a normal

birth.

Near Christmas Eve, all the servants in the villa were getting busy, not for the holidays, but to get

everything prepared for Lily, who was about to give birth.

The doctors all got ready and the maids had everything they needed for the birth of the baby.

Lily saw a Santa Claus hanging on the door when she was eating, and only when she asked did she

realize that it was Christmas Eve. A Christmas tree was also placed in one corner of the living room,

covered with gifts, which added a bit festive atmosphere.

Lily thought it was bound to snow on this holiday and hurried to the window to check, but there was no

snow.

She was a little upset, “I thought it was snowing.”

She remembered that when she and Louis had the last Christmas Eve in Country R, it snowed. And

when they went to stay at the resort at night, he felt that the snow was not thick enough and arranged

for an artificial snowfall.

It was obviously only a year ago, and it felt so distant.

At that time they were all happy, but in the blink of an eye, happiness was so far away from them.

John came over and took her hand, “The weather is not so cold this year, so it didn't snow today.

Tomorrow is Christmas, maybe you'll wake up to a big snowfall.”

“Let's hope so.”

Because of the doctor's orders, John and Lily slept in the same bedroom these days. He had a bed

next to her bed, so he would be the first to find out when something happened to her.

At bedtime, John asked, “Lily, do you have something you want for Christmas?”

“I have everything I need, though…” Lily thought about it and whispered to him, “I hope Little Fairy and

the baby are well, I hope you live a long life, this is the gift I want most.”
